BirthnameI wanted something Japanese as the collective's name, as the Japanese culture is one that particularly
fascinates me (especially its' anime, manga, food, and geisha ♥). Aichaku ( HistoryWhen I really think about it, Aichaku is the site I've grown most with. It was officially launched in around December 2005 with only one fanlisting. Needless to say, its beginning was meager and lacked sufficient dedication on my part. Slacking is what I do best, after all. (laugh)
However, I was loath to let this website die. I began to immerse myself more and more into
fanlistings, and somewhere along the way, my applications improved; as did my
design skills. I dare say that Aichaku is my most treasured creation simply
because its a symbol of my growth as both a webdesigner and fanlisting owner. It's gone
through many metamorphoses, but as long as my websurfing days live, rest assured that
Aichaku will continue to stay open.

) is a Japanese word for "emotional attachment", which is what I feel for the subjects of my fanlistings.
